* Managing diaries, changes and competing priorities in real time
* Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
* Regularly speaking with people across all parts of the business - PMs, tech, ops, facilities and HR
* Supporting TA processes end‑to‑end and aiding how a best‑in‑class function operates
Scheduling will make up a key part of your day, so resilience, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in TA, HR, recruitment coordination, BD, IR or professional services support
* Comfortable handling busy, fast‑moving schedules
* Confident and professional working with senior stakeholders
* Positive energy, can‑do attitude, and calm under pressure
* Curious, ambitious, and interested in learning TA processes
* Happy working five days a week in the office
Important to note
* This role is being hired on a temporary, ongoing basis
* There is potential to go permanent for the right person
* Office‑based role in West London, close to Victoria
* Core hours are 8am-5:30pm with flexibility required
* On‑site gym and restaurants available
