Project Manager – HR Systems & Business Applications
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving business process efficiencies through IT solutions? We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects—initially focusing on HR systems but also spanning applications, end-user services, and infrastructure.
You must have completed at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors migration from end to end.
What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy
🔹 Leading cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver results
🔹 Overseeing HR systems implementations, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
🔹 Defining project scope, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
🔹 Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless communication
🔹 Monitoring progress and adapting plans to meet project goals
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in large-scale end-to-end Project Management
✔ Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
✔ Expertise in business application replacement projects
✔ Ability to manage complex project data and make informed decisions
✔ Familiarity with PRINCE2, PPM tools, and stakeholder management
✔ Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.)
🎯 Desirable: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, HR background, experience with Hire-to-Retire processes
