Certified SCRUM Product Owner (or equivalent) (desirable). A strong understanding of the energy sector, particularly in energy trading and/or flexibility markets (desirable). Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other similar software delivery management tools (desirable). Responsibilities: Define, articulate and maintain the optimisation product roadmap, prioritising features and user stories against our commercial growth targets. Support the development of business cases for new initiatives through impact assessment against optimisation capabilities. Act as an internal expert on optimisation product offerings, including supporting Sales opportunities as a technical expert, and delivering competitor and market insights. Translate commercial, technical and operational requirements into actionable user stories and requirements for engineers and data scientists. Fulfil the role of Product Owner, partnering with technical resources for delivery. Own clarifications and product decisions required to support technical delivery roles as they break down user stories into tasks. Act as the primary liaison between the Optimisation technical team and stakeholders, including Sales, Commercial, Trading, and Operations. Clearly communicate the optimisation product vision, roadmap, and success metrics to all stakeholders, tailoring messaging for leadership and wider company awareness.
