The role
In your new role as a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting HR operations at a busy and growing firm. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Manage new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials.
* Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
* Support the recruitment process of business services and paralegals.
* Maintain employee records.
* Work closely with wider HR generalist team to ensure processes and policies are followed.
