Job summary Are you a Band 7 MH Nurse looking to change roles or a Band 6 Nurse with mental health nursing experience seeking a promotional post? We are looking for a qualified MH Nurse Team Leader to work within a large transformed community mental health service to work with our existing Team Leader. You will expected to be accountable in your own area of responsibility but will also have some shared responsibilities and will be required to provide strong and effective management and organisational leadership to ensure the delivery of safe evidenced based clinical intervention and practice. This is an opportunity to be part of a service that is well underway with the CMHT Transformation programme and will continue this work as part of the new 10 Year plan due to be released soon. You will form part of the overall Leadership Team and have support from 9 Clinical leads, the Service Manager and Senior Clinical Lead and General manager. Main duties of the job Key responsibilities: Operational Leadership To support the Service Manager, Senior Clinical Lead and other colleagues within the service area.Provide operational line management and supervision to allocated staff.Ensure staff receive annual performance appraisals aligned with the Trust's policy and strategy.
