Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to lead our sales department, drive revenue growth, and build strong long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve business goals. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adjust strategies. Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment. Requirements
Proven experience as Head of Sales B2B, Sales Director, or a similar senior sales leadership role. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively. Experience in [industry/sector, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, B2B, etc.] is a strong plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
