Salary/Rate: £12.84 – £13.34/hour (Enhancements)
* UK Driving License held for 1 year and aged over 21 (required to drive vehicle)
* Contract: 35 hours per week
* Typical shifts: 7:00 – 21:00 on a rota Monday – Sunday

Overview
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Night Support Workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life of those we support. As a support worker with us you’ll help people gain independence in their daily lives while working as part of a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group. Our residential service is welcoming and friendly; every day brings new experiences.
You’ll enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging local community access, socialising, and organising activities such as bar visits, video games, films, and cinema outings.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence, achieving personal goals like cooking meals and traveling.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on support to individuals, including:
* Teaching life skills and fostering independence
* Assisting with personal care and wellbeing
* Encouraging participation in community and social activities
* Supporting behaviour management using Positive Behaviour Support plans
* Engaging in reflective practice to improve care quality
Qualifications & Experience
We value both experience and values. Ideal candidates:
* Have experience working with people requiring enhanced support, including distress behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma survivors
* Are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach
* Have followed Positive Behaviour Support plans and practised reflective care
* Hold a genuine caring attitude and passion to enhance quality of life, even without prior experience
