We are looking for an experienced part-time Practice Nurse to join our practice. We are a large busy practice with over 13000 patients. We have a very supportive team which consists of 6 GP partners, telephone triage nurse and 4 ANPs, 3 practice nurses and a pharmacist to help with GP workload. We have a very low turnover of staff due to our practice being supportive, proactive and forward thinking. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and have significant practical experience of managing chronic diseases, asthma, COPD, women's health and cervical screen. A prescribing qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
