Full-time: 37 hours per week
Salary: £26,707 to £28,031 per annum

About this role
The Events Assistant supports the planning, development and delivery of high-profile, high-quality internal and external events that enhance the University’s reputation and support student recruitment. The postholder manages logistics, communications, and on-the-day operations for a wide range of events, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all attendees. There will also be a requirement for the post holder to support and attend University-wide external events and this will include some evenings and weekend work.

About you
You will have strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate with and present to a variety of audiences. You will be committed to providing high levels of customer service and have experience of coordinating or assisting at events in a professional environment.
