Role Overview:
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Qualified Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing Residential Property team in Altrincham. This full-time, permanent, office-based position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, and new builds, from instruction through to post-completion. You will work closely with a supportive team and report directly to the Legal Director, contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking and reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and new builds
* Advise clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on a wide range of property transactions
* Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
* Provide mentoring and support to junior team members
* Deliver exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships
* Contribute to business development and networking efforts to support team growth
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
* 5+ years PQE in residential property (strong 4+ PQE candidates will also be considered)
* Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
* Excellent technical and procedural knowledge of conveyancing
* Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently
* A team player with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
* A commercial mindset and focus on client care
