Join us as a Joinery Commercial Manager and take full control of commercial operations, leading with strategy, precision, and profitability in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You’ll join Greenborne Joinery, collaborating with a skilled group of craftspeople, with the opportunity to create stunning panelling, doors, windows and bespoke furniture for luxury homes. The role is based at our state-of-the-art Joinery workshop in Basingstoke, near the local retail park.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 42 per week

Responsibilities
* You’ll have full commercial control and input into estimating, reconciliation surveying, and the manufacturing process.
* You’ll manage and grow the commercial team.
* You’ll ensure internal financial controls are effective.
* You’ll be responsible for the financial performance and profitability of the division.
* You’ll monitor and advise on cashflow and marketing strategy.
* You’ll take a lead in the calculation and preparation of tenders, applications, and margins.
* You’ll provide critical commercial data on output to aid an active role in monitoring and improving manufacturing process.
Location and Working Environment
You’ll be based at our Joinery workshop in Basingstoke, collaborating with a skilled group of craftspeople. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of panelling, doors, windows and bespoke furniture, all made with a passion for serving clients who own luxury homes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum Requirements: Commercial experience in Manufacturing (Joinery experience preferred).
* Experience in any manufacturing industry; knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing and processes is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Driving licence.
* Professional, practical, logical, and methodical approach to thinking and problem solving.
* Ability to represent the company with the appropriate image and responsibility of a Joinery Commercial Manager.
