Requirements
* A Retail Expert is the heart of the store, empowering customers to be their best selves through expert artistry and deep product knowledge.
* You can work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI’s.

* You champion world‑class artistry and impeccable customer experience, acting as a brand ambassador.
* You adapt your approach to activities, customers and opportunities.
* You follow the company grooming standards.
You will have
* Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
* Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast‑paced beauty, retail or FMCG environment.
* A passion for Charlotte Tilbury products and the desire to spread the word.
* Experience applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.
