Location: Remote (UK residents only)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Overall Purpose of Job
Are you passionate about ensuring business compliance and maximizing value from third-party relationships? We seek a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to enhance our TPRM framework and organizational capability.
Key Accountabilities
* Support strategic vision and development of TPRM.
* Stay updated on market trends and identify improvement opportunities.
* Promote organizational awareness of the value of partnering with the P&P function.
* Manage challenges related to TPRM assurance outcomes.
* Develop skills within the BRM group and budget holders to improve TPRM.
* Contribute to operational plans to develop the function.
* Support key projects with Senior Sourcing and Supplier Managers.
* Assist business-led sourcing activities to ensure compliance.
* Build the capability of the BRM community to manage risk and optimize performance.
* Ensure strategic suppliers have compliant TPRM processes.
* Oversee sub-outsourcing understanding and due diligence.
* Identify opportunities to optimize contracts and improve outcomes.
* Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance.
* Support TPRM queries and framework development.
* Maintain tools and templates for third-party risk management.
* Review assurance reports and coordinate remediation activities.
* Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities.
* Prepare assurance content for cost optimization meetings.
* Manage procurement activities and record updates.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
* Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services.
* Supporting sourcing activities.
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with financial regulation requirements.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
* Degree preferred.
