Vision for Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASC, SEMH, SLD and PMLD.

The Role
* Support pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
* Assist with behaviour, engagement and emotional support
* Help implement structured routines and learning activities
* Support students with a range of needs, including:
o Autism (ASC)
o Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
o Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
o Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two days are the same.
