Vision for Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASC, SEMH, SLD and PMLD.

Why This Role is Perfect for Your Degree

Your course has given you a strong foundation in:

* Child development and learning theories

* Understanding behaviour, engagement and barriers to learning

This role allows you to apply that knowledge in a real classroom environment, gaining invaluable experience from day one.

* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
* Assist with behaviour, engagement and emotional support

This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two days are the same.

Who We’re Looking For

* Final-year or postgraduate students of Childhood, Youth & Education Studies
* Passionate about working with children and young people
* Patient, resilient and proactive
* Strong communicators who can build positive relationships

No school experience required – your degree is highly relevant

* Teaching (Primary, Secondary or SEN)
* Educational Psychology
* Pastoral / Inclusion roles
* Youth Work or Social Care
* Specialist SEN support roles

What You’ll Get
