Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operational departments in line with company policies and industry regulations. Inspire and develop a team of three direct-report managers, building a culture of accountability and collaboration. Enhance operations and production planning to meet company growth targets. Drive efficiency across procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling. Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee recruitment, training, labour and performance management with support from HR. Ensure robust compliance with safety and quality standards across all areas. To be a successful Head of Operations you will need to have: 5 years in operations leadership within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. A track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Strong project management skills and ERP system knowledge.
