Little’s Risk & Resilience Practice, you are expected to lead the successful delivery of the assignments for our clients and further support the growth of our business. Therefore, you will: Understand client needs and articulate these in client proposals to set out how we can provide value adding assistance. Provide clear, focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving client problems. Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure successful project delivery. Engage in business development activities to further grow our business (supporting our Partners). Build relationships beyond project assignments and support/develop opportunities for future business. Support growth of the Risk & Resilience practice by collaborating and supporting our other practices (particularly industry practices such as Travel & Transport, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing or Telecommunications) Support the development and marketing of leading edge value propositions. Substantial risk management experience in commercial organisations, preferably with consulting experience (delivery, sales support). Knowledge of at least one industry sector such as Travel & Transport, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing or Telecommunications. Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions. Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment. Knowledge of application of AI techniques would be advantageous Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in another language is an advantage such as Arabic, Cantonese, French or Spanish. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings.
