Responsibilities

The selection process
If you pass our screening, you’ll take a few tests designed to assess your approach to unfamiliar problems. These are challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate, so the role may stay open for months or be reposted.

We support extended ramp-up, including a recommendation to work from our Milan office during your first months to help you onboard quickly.
