Position: IT Helpdesk Technician at 4Com
This is an office-based role in Bournemouth.

Responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical telephone support to customers using remote tools to resolve faults or inquiries related to their telecommunications systems
2. Maintaining high customer service standards by keeping customers updated on the progress of their issues
3. Installing, updating, and maintaining relevant software and systems
4. Using remote troubleshooting tools to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
5. Reporting third-party faults and passing them to the relevant department
6. Supporting the technical team in additional areas as required
7. Logging all customer interactions accurately in our database
Candidate requirements:
1. Experience in customer service, 1st and 2nd line support
2. Experience with Android applications
3. VOIP experience
4. Strong networking knowledge, including routers, switches, and IP addresses
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for all duties
