Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, versatile and flexible individual to join our service as Team Administrator Assistant for the East Inverness Social Work Teams. There are two posts available, one 37 hour post and one 18 hour post.
You will require to have good organisational skills, be adaptable, motivated and versatile with good communication and people skills. Working across two busy Social Work Teams alongside a part time Administrative Assistant you will be required to undertake a wide range of varied and interesting tasks. It would be advantageous to have evidence of previous administrative skills and an ability to work with different IT systems and processes and to work as part of a Team. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate strong core values and principles and apply these to practice, and will have the ability to work as an integral part of the Social Work Teams and, on occasions, as part of a wider supportive integrated team. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work autonomously within the expectations of the role and under the guidance of the Team Manager and Senior Social Workers. This role involves hybrid working within an open office area, and also working at home.
