BDM– Manchester
Salary: £35,000 + OTE £80,000 (Uncapped Commission)
We are seeking a motivated BDM to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and being rewarded for their performance.
The Role:
As a BDM, you will be responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients.
You will conduct client demos, provide expert product insights, and contribute to the growth and success of the business through your sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.
* Conduct engaging client demonstrations with decision-makers.
* Manage and develop your sales pipeline effectively.
* Collaborate with alternate teams to maximise opportunities.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to clients.
* Analyse data to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
* Maintain a high-energy and professional approach on the sales floor.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in a consultative or B2B environment.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Resilient, adaptable, and target-driven.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* FCA experience is an advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual targets.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience) with uncapped commission.
OTE £80,000+ with daily, weekly, and monthly incentives.
