Our client seeks a Private Client Assistant/Legal Secretary with experience in this field to support their Private Client team. Relevant experience is essential.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
1. Preparing correspondence and documents
2. Audio/copy typing of documents and letters
3. Diary management
4. Dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone
5. Arranging meetings
6. Handling post and other administrative or secretarial duties as required
7. Acting as a single point of contact for questions and inquiries
