We have a vacancy for a dedicated Maintenance Person to immediately join our existing maintenance team at Kilwee Care Home, Dunmurry. The successful person will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the home, weekly H&S checks and general DIY around the building. Having a trade skill such as joinery, plumbing, electrical, is a preference. Extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential. Must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings. Must have own transport and tools.
