Job Purpose: Support and maintain digital platforms and applications, liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents and improve service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize and troubleshoot incidents across various technologies including software, databases, OS, and monitoring tools.
* Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
* Ensure services meet performance targets and SLAs.
* Investigate breaches of service levels and initiate remedial actions.
* Use management tools to analyze issues and generate reports.
* Contribute to monitoring strategies and trend analysis.
* Participate in daily agile meetings and collaborate with teams to prioritize bugs and incidents.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Support or maintenance experience of digital platforms or relevant qualification.
* Understanding of Windows & Linux OS, monitoring tools, and database technologies.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
* Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) are advantageous.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Sound knowledge of web technologies and networking.
Additional: Knowledge of the Gaming and Sports industry is beneficial. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing operational and development tasks.
