Job Title: Senior Product Manager (B2C Growth & Monetisation)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own this end-to-end journey: from how customers discover and book storage to how we price and package our offering to maximise conversion and revenue.
You’ll join at an exciting stage in our evolution: we’re operating at Series A scale, with a fast-growing user base and an expanding product team. You’ll work alongside Growth, Design, Data and Engineering to drive measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, and monetisation.
Who we're looking for
You’re a product manager who thrives on impact — analytical, customer-obsessed, and commercially minded. You love owning outcomes across the full funnel and can balance creative experimentation with structured optimisation. You’ve worked in fast-paced, data-driven environments (marketplaces a big plus), ideally seeing a company through both early growth and scale-up phases.
You’ll join as an individual contributor in a growing product function, reporting directly to the Head of Growth, with a mandate to shape the next generation of our B2C experience.
What you'll do
* Own the end-to-end B2C funnel: from landing pages through to repeat booking flows across web and app.
* Drive conversion and monetisation: identify and deliver experiments that lift conversion rates, AOV, and lifetime value.
* Lead on pricing and packaging: develop, test, and optimise our pricing strategy across markets and customer segments.
* Champion the traveller experience: ensure every step of the booking journey is fast, intuitive, and builds trust.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data to define, prioritise, and deliver initiatives that move key business metrics.
* Use data to drive decisions: define success metrics, analyse funnel performance, and design experiments that turn insight into impact.
* Balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution: zoom out to shape the roadmap, then dive in to deliver outcomes quickly.
Experience and Skills you'll bring
* Roughly 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally with exposure to marketplace or consumer tech environments.
* Proven track record improving conversion and monetisation in B2C products.
* Deep understanding of product experimentation, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
* Strong commercial instinct: able to think in terms of revenue, margin, and customer value.
* Experienced working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to ship impactful product changes.
* Comfortable in high-growth, evolving environments — able to bring structure and focus without slowing down experimentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a bias towards action and clarity.
