What you'll do:
As a Transfer Pricing Specialist at J.P. Morgan in London, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's approach to transfer pricing across the EMEA region. * Prepare, analyse, and review transfer pricing registers for legal entities within the Group, ensuring robust foundations for local file documentation across various jurisdictions.
* Draft and assess transfer pricing documentation that meets OECD standards as well as specific local requirements throughout the EMEA region.
* Conduct detailed analyses of transfer pricing methods related to different business lines or jurisdictions, focusing on both operational implementation and risk management perspectives.
* Develop and maintain effective audit trails covering both quantitative and qualitative aspects of transfer pricing methods relevant to the EMEA region.
* Participate actively in New Product and Change Management initiatives that may influence the Group's transfer pricing framework or compliance obligations.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to secure their cooperation with Corporate Tax objectives and ensure alignment on transfer pricing matters.
* Support ongoing compliance by monitoring regulatory changes affecting transfer pricing requirements in all applicable jurisdictions.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by presenting findings, preparing reports, and supporting training initiatives within the team.
* Assist in responding to tax authority queries or audits by providing clear documentation and analysis as required.

* Comprehensive understanding of general transfer pricing principles along with practical knowledge of associated compliance requirements under OECD guidelines.

* Accountancy or Tax qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, CTA) is preferred but not essential; candidates working towards such qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
