Your new role
Lead Credit Control Operations
– Take ownership of the Sales Ledger and Credit Control function, ensuring timely debt collection through proactivemunication and adherence to policy.Cash Management & Forecasting
– Handle direct debit collections, allocate payments, and provide accurate cashflow forecasts based on remittance advice.Sales Ledger Expertise
– Maintain financial integrity by posting cash, raising invoices and credit notes, and preparing month-end statements and reports.Client Relationship Management
– Resolve invoice queries efficiently while building strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.Reporting & Analysis
– Deliver weekly debtor reports and support the Finance Manager with insights and improvements across the finance function.Process Improvement Mindset

What you'll need to succeed
You will be locally based near Kingston / Hampton or SW London area. You will be an experienced sole-charge Credit Controller with over 4 years' experience in collections and sales ledger. You will be good with multiple systems and a good level of Excel reporting, including VLU and pivot tables. You will also be happy working from the office 5 days per week.
