Job Description
1. Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion.
2. Manage projects ranging from $10M - $100M+ in value.
3. Organize client meetings/sub meetings.
4. Develop long-term relationships with clients.
5. Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures.
6. Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets.
7. Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.
8. Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, owners. etc.
9. Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion.
10. Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.
11. Travel as necessary to job sites.

The Successful Applicant
12. 5-10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
13. Prior experience working as a project manager.
14. Prior experience handling projects $10M+ in value.
15. tilt up and light industrial experience
16. Client-facing experience is a must.
17. Software proficient (ex: procore).
18. Estimating experience is a plus.
