Head of Sales - Round Corner Brewing
Location: Melton Mowbray (minimum 1 day per week) / Field Based
Contract: Full Time | Permanent
Package:
£40,000–£50,000 base salary DOE
On Target Earnings (OTE) up to £20,000 per year, paid quarterly
(OTE tied to revenue growth, margin performance, and team execution)
Total potential earnings £60,000 - £70,000

Round Corner Brewing was founded in 2018 and has quickly become one of the UK’s most awarded independent breweries.
Our focus over the next two years is to build a dominant presence in our home region - strengthening distribution and brand recognition within 60 miles of our Brewery.
From that foundation, our ambition is to scale Round Corner Brewing into one of the UK’s leading independent breweries.
With production capacity expanding in 2026 and new routes to market opening up, we are entering the next stage of our journey.
To get there, we need a serious commercial leader to build and lead the next phase of our sales growth.
Your Mission
Build and lead a high-performing, disciplined sales function that delivers consistent revenue growth and strong margins.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will both lead the sales strategy and sell directly into key accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive revenue growth across on-trade, wholesale and retail channels
* Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline and forecasting process
* Interrogate sales data to identify opportunities and prioritise accounts
* Lead and develop the sales team, setting clear expectations for activity and performance
* Strengthen our national footprint through targeted distribution growth
* Build long-term relationships with key customers and wholesalers
* Work closely with marketing, logistics and brewing to align commercial priorities

* Delivering against ambitious revenue targets
* Improving revenue quality and margin
* Driving disciplined weekly sales activity and pipeline management
* Creating clear regional sales plans and account priorities
* Building a culture of accountability, ownership and execution within the team
The role carries clear commercial targets and quarterly performance reviews aligned to the OTE plan.
We believe strong commercial leadership should be rewarded through meaningful upside tied directly to business performance.
What We’re Looking For
You are a commercial operator first and foremost. You believe strong sales performance comes from process, discipline and consistent execution.
You may have experience in beer, premium drinks, hospitality supply or FMCG, but above all you know how to build and drive a sales engine.
Key capabilities include:
* Proven experience delivering sales targets and managing pipelines
* Digitally fluent - comfortable using modern sales systems and data to drive performance. You know how to extract value from platforms such as Breww, Sellar and Excel, and can efficiently manage multiple sales portals and routes to market
* Strong commercial acumen around pricing, margin and route-to-market
* The ability to interrogate sales data and turn insight into action
* Experience leading or developing a sales team
* High levels of organisation, planning and personal accountability
* Confidence working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business
Beer knowledge helps — but commercial capability matters more.
