The Role
The Client Services team acts as a crucial link between clients and the firm's legal teams. As the first point of contact, this team ensures a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.
As a Client Services Executive, you'll represent the firm to new clients, embodying its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout onboarding.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries via various communication channels.
* Accurately gather and record client details using case management software.
* Liaise with legal teams to ensure inquiries are directed appropriately and promptly.
* Facilitate onboarding by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.
* Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are addressed daily.
* Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s legal services and departments.
* Adapt to changing team and business priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
* Previous experience in the legal sector or a similar client-focused role.
* Knowledge of Proclaim or similar case management systems (training provided).
