Job Title: Installation Manager – Signage &; Graphics

We’re working with an established and highly respected creative production company based in North Manchester. Known for delivering bold, eye-catching signage and large-format graphic solutions across the UK, they work on everything from commercial exteriors and interiors to high-profile outdoor campaigns. As their business continues to expand, they're now looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take the lead on site-based delivery and installation operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a wide range of signage installations—managing teams, ensuring site readiness, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. You'll play a key part in ensuring client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Key Duties:
* Take ownership of the full installation process, from planning through to final sign-off
* Manage and support a team of fitters both on-site and remotely
* Conduct site visits, surveys, and risk assessments
* Liaise closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution
* Monitor and enforce health &; safety standards in line with company and legal requirements
* Keep installation tools, vehicles, and equipment well-maintained and project-ready
* Mentor junior team members and support their on-site training
What We're Looking For:
* Solid background in signage installation, fit-out, or related construction environments
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and solve problems on-site
* Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence (both essential)
* IPAF and PASMA certifications are highly desirable
* Strong understanding of health and safety standards and risk documentation (RAMS)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans
* Confident communicator who’s client-focused and solution-driven
