Transactional Services Team Leader£42,004 to £47,854 per annum, 37 hours per weekPermanent, Cirencester

About the role

We’re looking for a Transactional Services Team Leader to head up our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Exchequer teams.You’ll ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality transactional services, manage day-to-day processes, and help shape strategic improvements across financial operations.

Some of your responsibilities:

* Leading and motivating a team delivering AR, AP, and Exchequer services
* Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of transactions
* Driving service improvements and process efficiency
* Acting as the primary liaison for escalated issues and stakeholder communication
* Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure service standards are met

You will need

* Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. AAT, CCAB)
* Qualification in AAT, CCAB or degree level equivalent.
* Experience of working in a financial environment, with accounts payable for a minimum of five years.
* Experience of being involved in continuously improving services and developing products to meet customer need
* Proven leadership experience in a financial or transactional service environment

* There may be a requirement to work at other Publica Group (Support) Ltd and/or client locations to meet the needs of the business
