Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Do you have experience working in care, support work, social work, or personal experience with SEND - Then we would love to hear from you.
We're looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals to join our vibrant mainstream primary schools across Liverpool, working with students who have SEND. This is your chance to advance your career in education and make a positive impact, supporting children who need your help the most.

What You'll Do:
* Provide support to students with SEND across a variety of primary school settings in Liverpool.
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans for students with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
* Assist students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities, helping them thrive both academically and socially.
* Participate in the development of individual learning goals and contribute to regular team meetings to enhance the educational experience of students.
Who We're Looking For:
We're calling on care workers, support workers, social science graduates, youth leaders, or anyone with personal experience of SEND. Whether you've supported individuals with disabilities, worked in care, or been involved in youth mentoring, your skills are highly transferable. If you're passionate, patient, and ready to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a positive attitude and a strong desire to help children succeed.
* Is reliable, flexible, and enjoys working as part of a team.
* Can adapt quickly to the individual needs of students and provide meaningful support.
* Is compassionate, empathetic, and has a genuine interest in working with students with SEND.
* Ideally has experience or an understanding of supporting young people with special educational needs.
* No formal teaching qualifications are required - just the right attitude, a passion for working with young people, and a willingness to learn.

What we offer:
* A supportive partnership with Aspire People, one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies
* Long-term placements in local schools with opportunities to grow your career
* Competitive pay rates that value your skills and experience
* Ongoing support and professional development from experienced education consultants
* Refer a Friend Bonus of £250
* Sign up of £100 once you complete 10 days of work with us - no obligation!
* Access to free CPD and training resources

If you're passionate about supporting children with additional needs and want to make a real impact in Liverpool Primary Schools, we'd love to hear from you.
