We’re excited to be partnering with a well-known fashion brand as they open the doors to their brand-new office in Watford — and we’re looking for a can-do, proactive Temporary Receptionist to be the face of this new location.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, stylish environment and hit the ground running during an exciting period of growth.
Key Details:
* Start Date: 22nd June
* Initial Training: Full handover for 2 weeks in the London West End (must be able to travel to Bond Street)
* Location (post-handover): Watford (near Watford Junction)
* Duration: 2 months + (with potential to extend) 8.30am-5.30pm
* Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly:
* Managing a high volume of visitors, signing guests in and out
* Providing professional front-of-house support
* Coordinating meeting rooms and bookings
* Assisting with facilities and office setup tasks
* Conducting new office tours for staff and visitors
* Handling post, deliveries, and couriers
* Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties

* Previous reception or front-of-house experience
* Confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
* Highly organised and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Someone who is proactive and adaptable, ready to hit the ground running
* Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
