Joinery Manager
Our client is a long-standing joinery company. They work with commercial, private, and ecclesiastical clients and provide joinery solutions and products to listed properties, churches, and heritage buildings.
They are looking for a suitably experienced Joinery Shop Manager to lead a team of experienced bench joiners and a small site team, supplying and fitting a variety of handmade joinery products.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the joinery shop team.
2. Oversee the production of high-quality joinery products.
3. Ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
4. Maintain safety and quality standards.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in joinery management.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
