This is one of those roles.
You’ll be supporting students aged 11–19 with autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties in a structured, supportive school environment.
Your role:
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
* Helping deliver a personalised, EHCP-led curriculum
* Supporting routines that help students feel safe and settled
* Encouraging independence and life skills
You’ll need:
* Level 2 TA qualification or relevant SEN experience
* A calm, consistent approach
* Confidence working with a range of additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
