At Amplius, we’re excited to offer a new part-time, fixed-term opportunity for an Independent Living Assistant (internally known as a Life24 & Visiting Assistant). You’ll work closely with the Life24 Team providing vital administrative support to ensure our customers receive outstanding care and service every day.
💰Salary: £17,932.11
📝Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
⏰Your week: Flexible - 25 hours per week
📌Location: 1 day minimum in MK or Rushden office
✨Snapshot of your role
* Provide high-quality admin support to the Life24 Visiting team, helping deliver a reliable and customer-focused service.
* Respond to customer and colleague enquiries professionally and promptly.
* Assist with complaints coordination, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
* Raise orders, process payments, and manage data using internal IT systems.
* Support scheduling by updating visiting software with staff cover and rota changes.
* Log and allocate low battery alerts and equipment faults for staff to action.
* Extract and report on KPI and audit data to support service performance.
* Maintain up-to-date insurance and concessionary TV licence records for schemes.
* Set up and close customer tenancies in the appropriate systems.
* Work collaboratively across teams, providing flexible support when needed.

* Experience in a customer-facing role with a caring and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and stay organised.
* Comfortable learning and using service-specific systems.
* Proactive, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to work independently.
