Youll be the trusted advisor your clients rely on and guide the team day by day.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, long-term relationshipsAct as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive excellent serviceReview accounts and work produced by the team, maintaining high standardsLead, support and develop team membersSpot opportunities to offer additional services and add value for clientsOversee workflow, deadlines and quality of outputAttend client meetings and handle both routine and more challenging conversationsLiaise with the board and other managers to keep everything running smoothlyWhat Youll Need:ACA / ACCA qualified and Practice experience is a mustStrong accounting knowledge + a good grasp of tax fundamentalsConfident people manager who enjoys developing othersExcellent client skills
