We're now looking for a Sales Administrator to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team and Enterprise Customers.
* Prepare and issue quotes, proposals, and contracts.
* Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity information.
* Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Projects, Service Delivery) to ensure smooth handover of sales opportunities.
* Support tender/RFP responses by collating documentation and formatting submissions.
* Coordinate renewal tracking for customer contracts, proactively supporting Account Managers.
* Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales collateral when required.
* Carry out general administrative duties to support the efficiency of the Sales department.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in a Sales Administration or similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident in working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working in an IT, MSP, or technology-related environment (desirable).
