We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven operator ready to take full ownership of Hogarths, Stafford - Building on its stong foundations and driving it to the next level.

Amber Taverns Limited use an operator agreement which offers you the opportunity of a great pub business with the support and back up of a successful company, plus regular visits from a local business development manager and a dedicated head office support team.
You will operate a well invested pub or bar, sell leading brands at competitive prices, offer a full commercial Sky and TNT Sport package. Additional training and support ensure you and your team gain industry leading qualifications. Main Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Recruit, manage and train your staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Ensure compliance with cash & stock audits, H&S regulations and maintain high standards in all areas.
Deliver exceptional customer focused hospitality to ensure everyone has a memorable experience.
