Role: Business Support Officer Type: 6 months FTC, Part time 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Hours: 09:30-14:30 Location: Huntingdon, on-site (no remote work) Who We Are: AGITO Group is a leading provider of advanced automation and intralogistics solutions, delivering end-to-end systems that transform the way businesses move, store, and handle goods. Who Are You: You are someone who wants to be a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract (strong potential to go perm). This is a highly flexible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is confident handling a variety of administrative functions across HR, accounting, and general office support. You will play a key part in maintaining the day-to-day efficiency of our operations by supporting multiple business functions including HR onboarding, document management, data input and spreadsheets, while ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism. You have: - Attention to detail - The ability to work either as part of a team or autonomously - Clear and consistent communication skills - with all stakeholders - Strong technical skills - A willingness to learn and share your knowledge - Excellent time management skills and can prioritise competing demands - Practical site experience with automation systems The Role: The core functions of this role include: - Carry out accurate data input and maintain spreadsheets and internal records - Support the HR function with onboarding documentation, contracts, and offer letters - Assist in coordinating HR documentation and internal communications - Handle general office administration tasks as needed - Provide accounting administration support (e.g., invoice logging, PO tracking, filing) - Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all administrative processes - Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support Your Skills: The successful candidate will: - Previous experience in an administration or office support role - Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Professional, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with discretion - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Able to work independently with a can-do, flexible attitude At AGITO We are all about creating better experiences - for our customers and for each other.
