About the Role:
HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a dynamic, award-winning Residential Conveyancing team in Anfield. The successful candidate will provide essential support to a professional conveyancer, assisting with cases from inception to completion, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Conveyancing team in managing a busy caseload
* Provide administrative assistance and support to fee earners
* Answer incoming calls and address client queries where possible
* Respond promptly to prospective client enquiries
* Handle incoming and outgoing posts efficiently
* Manage files from opening through to issuing contracts, maintaining accurate records
* Ensure compliance with CQS, anti-money laundering legislation, KYC procedures, and other regulatory requirements
* Participate in required training and take responsibility for self-development
* Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information in line with GDPR
* Support business development and networking initiatives
* Undertake any other duties as required by Directors or other fee earners
Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
* Knowledge of the full client lifecycle and conveyancing process
* Experience with Proclaim Case Management System preferred (training provided if required)
