Window Fabricator Location: Witham Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6am–2.30pm, Friday, 6am–2pm 45 minute break per day Pay: £12.21 per hour Temp-to-perm role About the Role We are recruiting a Window Fabricator to support the manufacture of high-quality sliding sash windows. This is a hands-on production role within a busy manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do • Assist in the manufacture of sliding sash windows to company processes • Operate machinery safely in line with training and procedures • Maintain quality standards and meet efficiency targets • Complete required production and performance documentation • Carry out manual handling, including lifting components when required • Keep your workstation clean and tidy • Follow all health and safety and PPE requirements • Support other areas of production as needed What We’re Looking For This role suits candidates with experience as a Window Fabricator, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative, or Machine Operator. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
