Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the efficient operation of the team. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase invoices, updating supplier records, and preparing weekly payment runs.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with Mondays and Fridays in the office. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
You will join our Homes team based in Chelmsford. Our Homes business serves communities by providing trusted housing management solutions, adopting a collaborative, commercially minded, and socially principled approach across our portfolio of affordable, private rented, and leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase invoices
* Manage the mailbox and handle internal and external queries
* Perform weekly bank reconciliations
* Distribute supplier invoices for approval
Key Requirements
* Strong Accounts Payable experience
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Experience working within a busy team environment
