As a Management Consultant graduate you will work on large and small projects, exploring different career pathways within consulting and design.
* Aerospace, Defence, Security & Technology (ADS & T) – Engineering, project management, consulting and digital services that help keep people safe and protect national interests.
Project & Programme Services
Deliver project and programme management consultancy across the world, building strong relationships with clients such as TfL, Gatwick Airport and Thames Water, and collaborating on both large infrastructure projects and public building projects.
Qualifications
* A passion for working in a consultancy environment

* A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions
* Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team
* Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable)
* Comfortable to embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies
* Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent)
Benefits
* A settling‑in payment of £2,500 upon joining and another £2,500 when achieving chartered status or an equivalent stage of professional development
* 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 15 days or sell up to 5 days

Additional Information
This role may require a security clearance; offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
