Aspire People are currently working with a number of partner schools in Greater Manchester looking for full time teachers to join their vibrant and inclusive primary schools in September 2025.

Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum objectives.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.
We are looking for an excellent class teacher who:
* Hold a UK teaching qualification such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECT, PGCE, SCITT
* DBS on the Update Service (If you do not have a DBS on the Update Service, we can help you with this).
* Is professional and hard-working
* Demonstrates high standards of positive behaviour management
* Has high expectations of themselves and children
* Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
* Enthusiasm and a passion about education and learning
* Can demonstrate excellent teaching consistently
* Are determined to achieve high standards and progress for all our children
* Is committed to whole school improvement through being part of, and contributing to, a whole school team
