The Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
* Work with class teachers to raise pupils' learning and attainment
* Promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among pupils
* Support pupils individually or in groups to access the curriculum and experience achievement
* Assist with planning, preparation, and resources for lessons
* Adopt relevant strategies to support teaching and increase achievement, including for pupils with SEND
* Encourage participation in learning and extracurricular activities
* Apply consistent behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
* Maintain good order and discipline, managing behaviour effectively for a safe learning environment
* Organise and manage the classroom and resources to ensure a stimulating and safe environment
