Are you an experienced M&E Engineer with a strong background in service, maintenance, and critical systems?
This role is focused on ensuring critical building systems operate smoothly at all times, covering both planned and reactive maintenance.
You will need experience across mechanical and electrical systems, such as Air Conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV Systems, and the ability to fault-find using BMS and alarm data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems across the site
2. Respond to breakdowns, swiftly remedy plant faults/defects, and keep systems in serviceable order
3. Use BMS to monitor building conditions and maintain internal environmental standard
4. Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring compliance and safe working practices
5. Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks
6. Operate the Permit to Work system in line with site procedures
7. Ensure accurate completion of job records, reports, and CMMS updates
8. Maintain clean and secure plant rooms, presenting a professional image at all times
