Job
The role of Payroller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Running end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees
- Ensuring accuracy of payroll data, including hours, adjustments, and deductions
- Managing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
- Handling statutory payments and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements
- Acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting reporting requirements
- Working with data from internal systems to process payroll accurately
- Supporting the finance team with additional duties
You
As a Payroller, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Proven experience running payroll end-to-end is essential
- Experience managing payroll for a similar scale (high volume) environment
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of payroll
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting finance teams beyond payroll is beneficial
