What’s the role about?
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Retoucher to join our in‑house Studio Team and support the delivery of high‑quality imagery that reflects the Reiss brand standards. This is an instrumental role to ensure that our product photography is polished, colour‑accurate, and consistent across all digital platforms.
Reporting into the Retouch Manager, you’ll work closely with our photographers, stylists, and the wider Studio team to retouch both model and still‑life imagery, making sure that every image meets our ecommerce and brand aesthetic. You’ll also contribute to quality control, asset management, and deliver content for both our website and concession partners.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Who you are
* Experienced in high‑volume retouching within a fast‑paced ecommerce studio environment, preferably within retail fashion.
* Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Mac OS, Wacom, and colour correction techniques, particularly in skin and product retouching.
* Exceptional time management skills and confident working to tight daily deadlines, while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
* Organised and proactive, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to effectively prioritise both creative and administrative tasks.
* A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and is open to feedback and direction.
* Familiar with Capture One and digital asset management systems would be advantageous.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high‑performing creative studio.
What you’ll be doing
* Retouching ecommerce model and still‑life imagery to a high and consistent standard, in line with brand and style guidelines.
* Ensuring colour accuracy between product samples and final imagery, with particular attention to true‑to‑life colour matching.
* Performing quality control checks on assets before upload and ensuring any image amendments or requests are delivered efficiently.
* Working closely with the Retouch Manager to prioritise daily tasks, action feedback, and meet internal deadlines.
* Managing digital assets, maintaining an organised workflow, and supporting uploads across our ecommerce platform and concession partners.
* Assisting with general studio requests, contributing to a smooth and professional image delivery process across all touchpoints.
