Salary:£33,542 - £34,231 + £3,713 ICT Allowance
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
Were recruiting a CST ICT Officer to join our ICT Customer Services Team.
You will:
* Provide 1st line ICT support across local and international offices
* Deliver 2nd line support (SCCM/Intune packaging, mailbox creation, updates)
* Support Windows 10/11 environments
* Administer Active Directory / Entra ID
* Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk
* Maintain accurate asset and ticket records
* Contribute to projects and minor procurements (<£30k)
* Develop user guides and knowledge base materials
Youll help ensure a secure, high-quality ICT service while delivering excellent customer support.
Essential Criteria
* Experience troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues
* Experience supporting Windows 10/11
* Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID
* Experience in a busy ICT Service Desk environment
* Strong customer focus and ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience writing user documentation
